Returns & Cancellations Policy
Please choose carefully – as each piece of art is unique, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged Artwork
In the unlikely event that an artwork is damaged during transit, please take photos of the damage and contact us via email as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing options for repair or replacement, where feasible.
Non-Returnable Artworks for International purchasers
All original artworks are non-returnable. Purchasing art is a commitment to owning a unique, irreplaceable piece. If you decide you no longer wish to keep an artwork after purchase, we may offer to resell it on consignment through the gallery, though an outright return is not possible.
Returnable Artworks for South African purchasers
Your painting will be sent to you in a returnable box which can be returned within 7 days in the condition it was sent to you.
We require the full amount upfront and will deduct R600 courier fee if returning.
Payment Plans
Once a payment plan has been initiated, we are unable to cancel the plan or refund any payments made. This ensures fairness to the artist and consistency in our operations.
